Introducing the Walk-at-Home Club No fancy equipment. No pressure. Just you, your steps, and a supportive community of women prioritizing wellness.

Why walk? Because movement is medicine.

Just 5 minutes a day can:

1-Boost your mood

2-Lower anxiety

3-Increase focus

4-Help you feel more grounded

How to join: Walk at home anywhere, any time individually or come walk with us live on ZOOM on M,W,F @6:30pm EST. Drop a “Let’s walk!” in the comments if you’re in and would like Zoom info.
